Southern Contracting Services Limited are a privately owned, independent company, and commenced trading in 1997.

The company was set up, originally, to offer surface preparation and high performance coatings to industry, these services led onto the formation of our Building Services Division.

SCS Limited now offer a full range of services through the two distinct divisions. Both the industrial contracting division & the building maintenance division provide services either independently or as a management team as determined by individual contracts.

Southern Contracting Services Ltd aim to provide all services with high quality and efficiency working within all legislation and regulations of the Health and Safety At Work Act. (H&SAW).

SCS Ltd hold public and employers liability insurance at £10 million and ISO 9001:2000.
